Caffeine is fine in the morning, but when afternoon comes stop your caffeine consumption. Drinking caffeine later in the day is known to disrupt sleep cycles.

Exercise will help you sleep, but if you time it too close to bed time, it can keep you awake. Try to finish all strenuous exercise at least 3 hours before bed.
